Ubuntu on EVGA X58 SLI

Recently I have got a new toy: EVGA X58 SLI motherboard with i7 920 CPU and NVIDIA GTX 260 also made by EVGA. This probably was not a totally rational decision (I am not much into overclocking or extreme hardware) but this is what I have now anyway. Unlike most people I will use this system with Linux, I always use Linux. I will post some of my experience on this blog (if I am not too lazy, of course).
